KZT Scraper Ring is an auxiliary sealing component designed to remove and retain hard contaminants in hydraulic cylinders. During reciprocating movement, solid particles and other contaminants in the working environment can become embedded in the scraper ring, helping prevent them from reaching the cylinder surface and other sealing components.
With a very low dynamic and static coefficient of friction, the KZT scraper ring provides smooth movement even at low speeds and helps prevent stick-slip. It can be installed on both sides of the piston or on the rod-side of the guide sleeve. The split design allows for quick and convenient installation.
