HPSC Cylinder Static Seal is a combined static sealing solution designed for hydraulic cylinders and other applications requiring reliable sealing under high pressure. Its asymmetric sealing lip can open quickly when exposed to system pressure, providing excellent resistance to high-pressure impact.
The D-shaped base helps maintain reliable sealing performance under low-pressure conditions, while the combined Y-shaped lip and D-shaped base provide two sealing points for enhanced sealing reliability. The design is also less sensitive to groove machining accuracy, making it suitable for demanding hydraulic cylinder applications. With good resilience, low compression deformation, and strong extrusion resistance, HPSC is designed to maintain stable sealing performance even when system pressure changes rapidly.
